Amazing new Latin American restaurant Papa Rios opens in Plymouth
An amazing new Latin American restaurant has opened in Plymouth town centre. Papa Rios opened on March 14 and will soon expand to evening service.
The bustling restaurant, based on Cornwall Street, brings something new to the downtown core. He says “radiates a warm, welcoming and positive vibe.
Papa Rios co-owner Yilmaz Koksal said he was eager to welcome visitors to try their international cuisine. He may also be a familiar face to some as he is a dance teacher in town.

The Facebook page says it will ensure everyone in the room benefits from their visit. It reads: “Have you met Yilmaz yet Yilmaz is the co-owner of PapaRios Plymouth?.
“He is super friendly and will make sure you enjoy your visit. …PS…. He is a certified and experienced Bachata teacher in Plymouth.”
Her Facebook page also says she promotes love and diversity and celebrates Latin American culture with beautiful food. From April, the venue will be open for dinner.
This means that Papa Rios will not only be open for breakfast and lunch from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Saturday, it will also be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. Throughout the launch weekend, April 1 and 2, there will be 10 percent off for everyone who dines in.
A person who dined in recently said the breakfast was the “best” they’ve ever had. They wrote: “Best breakfast by far had American breakfast and it was delicious and well worth the money friendly and welcoming and the music adds to the atmosphere – would definitely 100 percent recommend…”
Monique added: “I would like to say what a wonderful breakfast my dad and I had this morning. It was extremely tasty, the service was brilliant. Well taken care of.
