INCA London is located in the heart of the capital next to the Palladium, making it easy to get to no matter where you are from. Descend a spiral staircase adorned with beautiful Brazilian-style tiles that sparkle in the light and discover an exciting new world.
Inside, you can expect an alluring space, full of energy and color. Eye-catching decor will be at every turn, designed to reflect the INCA London tradition which focuses on the transition between light and day, dark and night. the sun and the moon. From the bar, you get a glimpse of what to expect, including see-through walls, secret windows, and stunning Latin decor. In the main area, you can expect an exceptional central stage where the entertainment transports you to the exhilarating world of South American life.
The INCA London restaurant menu has everything you could want and more. An eclectic range of dishes led by Chef Davide Alberti, you can expect authentic yet contemporary South American influenced dishes with exquisite touches. Menu highlights include roasted Canadian lobster with fennel and Ossetra caviar frosting, tropical ceviche from Carabineros and deconstructed Inca tulakalum and milk chocolate cigar pie, with unique tobacco ice cream.
As for drinks, as well as a carefully selected wine, beer and spirits list, they also offer a multitude of cocktails not to be missed. Sip drinks like La Salida de Sol, an “Inca” version of the sweet and bitter Espresso Martini, Toque de Mandarina, a version of the famous Pisco Sour, made with tangerine sorbets and Pina Verde, a sweet, smoky and light drink. sour with Mezcal, served with mashed avocado and homemade pineapple.
Davide Alberti develops the flavors and the concept of the menu: “The Inca menu revolves around Latin flavors, heat, texture, fire, life, sharing and joy: all the ingredients of what food represents in my life. The menu I created brings all of these together, showcasing the Japenase-Peruvian Nikkei influence, with a modern twist – something truly unique ”
