An eight-unit IHOP franchisee has signed a development agreement with American restaurant and bar Big Whiskey. The new deal will see NOS Development LLC open three Big Whiskey restaurants in South Florida. NOS Development is the restaurant development group of Nosnaws Corporation.

“From the start, we really believed in the concept and what it could do in the region,” said Steve Swanson, president of Nosnaws Corporation. “We can’t wait for guests to come try the food and have a drink at Big Whiskey’s signature bar.” The first location is set to open in Broward County by the end of this year in a 6,300 square building that is being renovated to house a Big Whiskey’s.

NOS Development’s two additional Florida locations will open in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County areas. The group plans to continue its expansion in the Tampa and Orlando areas.

Big Whiskey’s has other locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
