South American restaurant group Fazenda will open its first restaurant in London next year

Opened at 100 Bishopsgate, the 10,000 square foot venue will be the group’s largest restaurant when it opens in spring 2023. It will be the group’s sixth restaurant, joining its locations in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh and Birmingham.

Fazenda is a rodizio concept that offers non-stop table service of grilled meats as well as a range of Argentinian and Brazilian dishes, continental cold cuts and cheeses, seafood and salads.

“London has been on our radar for some time, so we are extremely happy to have secured our ideal site in such a thriving location,” says Managing Director and Co-Founder Tomás Maunier.

“We can’t wait to bring Fazenda to the people of London.”

The new restaurant is part of his wider expansion plan for Fazenda, which will see a number of restaurants rolled out across the city over the next few years, he says.

“The past two years have been eventful for everyone; hospitality being particularly affected. Our team has been nothing short of resilient and inspiring during this time, and we can’t thank them enough,” said CEO Terence Langley.

“We feel very fortunate to be able to continue to grow as a business and elevate the brand to the next level with our entry into the capital.”

Last year, Fazenda was bought from the administrationunder a pre-package deal by Southern Wind Group, led by Langley.
